Omelette in a bag
In a freezer style sandwich 'zip lock' bag:

Crack 2 eggs into the bag
Add a handful of grated cheese
Add any extra ingredients to preference/taste
(Onions, precooked bacon, spam, ham, peppers, mushrooms etc)
Carefully squeeze out any excess air, seal the zip lock and place in a pan of boiling water
Occasionally remove from water and kneed bag to “stir” the ingredients
When cooked unzip bag, slide contents onto a plate and enjoy.

Be Careful!!! Bag and contents will be hot!

Building & Lighting a Fire
Equipment
Punk or tinder
- Dead leaves, paper, bark, birch,
wood chippings;
Kindling - Thin twigs and sticks;
Larger twigs, sticks, and wood of different sizes;

Logs or stones (optional);
Matches (kept in a plastic bag or waxed in case
of wet weather);
Knife or spade if turf needs lifting;
Bucket of water, sand or fine soil to put out the fire in an emergency.
